5) Never let yourself go unrewarded – when you finally do decide to quit smoking weed you have to view this is a great accomplishment. Therefore I suggest that you reward yourself on a regular basis when you believe you deserve it. I used to mark down certain goals, such as my first week, first month without smoking marijuana and would reward myself accordingly.
