A lovely place to sit and sip coffee. Illy is fantastic coffee - so much better than the stuff you'd get from chain coffee joints and you'll just enjoy the local feel of the place.

The coffee, tea, and desserts are excellent, and they are now serving breakfast on the weekend. In addition, they serve a few sandwiches in a neighborhood where there are few sit-down eating experiences available. The little cafe is extremely clean and tidy and there are always copies of the Washington Post and NY Times for patrons to read. They also offer free wireless internet access. They are going to be staying open later on Wednesdays for poetry night. This is a great addition to Brookland's main street!
